Pulmonary Hypertension Network Australia (PHNA) is an avid promoter of networking with other service providers, in individual states, nationally & internationally who we feel may have information and resources that could assist PH patients, carers and families. We have chosen some of those providers and listed their details at a glance for you to explore should you need too.  A number of these organisations can also be found in the new PH patient pack so make sure you have yours, available from your clinic or PHNA directly. As we incorporate as a national body (conclusion April 19), we will be expanding our database of services, if you would like to be included please contact us HERE.
