Being musical is one of the most joyous gifts you can possess. People used to say how much they envied my ability to sing and said that I should never take it for granted. I never did and I have spent my whole life singing right up until I got pulmonary hypertension. My voice never did quite recover and this was a great sense of loss for me, a feeling I am sure most PH patients can relate to, after all haven't we all lost something?
Even though my gift never quite recovered there are many others whose still shine through and give us inspiration through their talent using it to entertain and to raise awareness. In particular would be Chloe Temtchine, so listen to her fabulous music and find her stories and others, plus other educational tools scattered about the site from her too. From your editor Melissa & the PHNA team.
If you would like to be included in our singing hall of fame just contact PHNA directly.
