Introducing the new booklet Better Living with PAH from the our peak body the Lung Foundation Australia. We are pleased to present this booklet as part of a series on living better with lung disease that now includes Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension. This booklet is easy to read and understand and gives the new and existing patient an opportunity to really understand the definitions and disease process of PAH. My COPD Checklist and Information Pack
Our new COPD Information Pack has the most relevant and essential information to patients and their carers who are starting out on their COPD journey. Ideally it is best offered to people with COPD at point of discharge from hospital or when newly diagnosed. We have selected specific information to include so that people are informed of the essentials of COPD management but don’t feel overwhelmed. Click here to purchase this from our shop.
It also includes our new My COPD Checklist, which is designed to assist people to best manage COPD. It poses a series of 10 questions across key areas such as spirometry, medicines, inhaler use and pulmonary rehabilitation. The checklist is simple to use and helps uncover areas that may require more attention, with any answer of no resulting in the advice to make an appointment with their health professional.
